About The Position

At Reyes Beverage Group, the Wine and Spirits Merchandiser supports product merchandising in retail beverage outlets across Austin. This is an active, field-based role requiring travel between grocery stores and other beverage outlets along assigned routes. The schedule is full-time, five days per week, including Saturday, with start times between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. Pay is $19.00 per hour, plus overtime and monthly car and mileage reimbursement. The role ensures company products are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly. It also involves moving product from backrooms to display floors, maintaining backstock areas, and using company-issued technology and systems to support routing, account monitoring, documentation, and merchandising checkout. Offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have reliable personal automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record.
Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
Must be able to lift, push, and pull products weighing 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
0 to 6 months or more of general work experience.

Responsibilities

Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure products are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly along assigned routes.
Transport product between the backroom and display floor using manual equipment such as a pallet jack or hand truck.
Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency, and account monitoring.
Complete merchandising checkouts and upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts.
Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness.
Perform other projects or duties as assigned.
