About The Position

The Wine and Spirits Merchandiser travels to grocery stores and other beverage outlets across Austin to ensure company products are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly along assigned routes. This is an active, field-based role that includes moving products between backrooms and display floors, organizing backstock, and using company technology and systems to document merchandising execution and monitor accounts. The schedule is five days per week, including Saturday, with start times between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. Pay is $19.00 per hour, with overtime and monthly car and mileage reimbursement. Employment offers are contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have reliable personal automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, an acceptable driving record, and auto insurance coverage meeting company and state minimum requirements.
Must be able to lift, push, and pull products weighing 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Must have 0 to 6 months or more of general work experience.

Responsibilities

Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets along assigned routes to ensure products are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly.
Transport products between backrooms and display floors using manual equipment such as a pallet jack or hand truck.
Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency, and account monitoring.
Complete merchandising checkouts in company systems and upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts.
Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness.
Perform other projects or duties as assigned.
