About The Position

Reyes Beverage Group is hiring a Wine and Spirits Merchandiser for active, field-based merchandising at retail beverage outlets across Austin. The role is full-time, five days per week, including Saturdays, with start times between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. Compensation is $19.00 per hour plus overtime and monthly car and mileage reimbursement.

The merchandiser travels to grocery stores and other beverage outlets on assigned routes to stock, maintain, display, and rotate products. The position involves moving products between backrooms and sales floors using manual equipment, maintaining and organizing backstock, and using company technology and systems to meet routing, checkout, account-monitoring, and documentation requirements. The role may also include other assigned projects or duties.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have reliable personal automobile transportation.
• Must maintain an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Auto insurance coverage must meet the minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull products weighing 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Requires 0 to 6 months or more of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets on assigned routes to ensure products are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly.
• Transport products between backrooms and display floors using manual equipment such as a pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload display and backstock photos using company systems to document account execution.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support inventory levels and product freshness.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.
