About The Position

The Wine and Spirits Merchandiser travels to grocery stores and other beverage outlets along assigned routes to ensure products are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly. The role moves products between backroom and display areas using manual equipment and uses company-issued technology and systems to support routing compliance, efficiency, account monitoring, merchandising checkouts, and documentation. The employee also organizes backstock to support appropriate inventory levels and product freshness, and may take on other assigned projects or duties.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have reliable personal automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, an acceptable driving record, and auto insurance coverage meeting company and state-law minimums.
• Must be able to regularly lift, push, and pull products weighing 25 to 50 pounds.
• Must have 0 to 6 months or more of general work experience.

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets on assigned routes to ensure products are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly.
• Transport products between the backroom and display floor using manual equipment such as a pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload display and backstock photos using company systems to document execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.
