About The Position

As an ANUSA Windshield Dispatcher, you will coordinate customer appointments, manage repair orders, and ensure timely, accurate service with a focus on exceptional customer experience. You will work with customers, technicians, and glass vendors to coordinate windshield repairs, maintain accurate inventory, and support customer loyalty.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Prior sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set, confirm, and prepare for customer appointments.
• Produce customer repair orders, including cost and time estimates, with full transparency.
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals.
• Look up and order the correct glass for repairs.
• Communicate frequently with technicians and glass vendors to ensure timely completion of work.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop superior product knowledge to effectively help customers.
• Track incoming and outgoing windshields to ensure inventory is accurate and accounted for.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
