About The Position

As an ANUSA Windshield Dispatcher, you will coordinate customer appointments, manage repair orders, and help ensure service is timely and accurate while providing an exceptional customer experience. You will work with customers, technicians, and glass vendors to support windshield repairs, meet sales goals, and maintain accurate windshield inventory.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Prior sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set, confirm, and prepare for customer appointments.
• Produce customer repair orders, including transparent cost and time estimates.
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals.
• Look up and order the correct glass for repairs.
• Communicate frequently with technicians and glass vendors to ensure work is completed on time.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop superior product knowledge to help customers effectively.
• Track incoming and outgoing windshields to ensure inventory is accurate and accounted for.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
