Window & Door Technician (Repair + Install)
About The Position
M&M Home Remodeling Services is hiring a hands-on Window & Door Technician who can handle repairs, service calls, and installs. This is a field-based role with consistent job flow, strong support, and real growth as the company continues to scale. Requirements
- 2+ years experience in window/door install or exterior service work
- Comfortable with tools, ladders, and working outdoors year-round
- Able to lift 50+ lbs consistently
- Strong attention to detail - clean, quality installs matter here
- Valid driver's license + reliable transportation
- Comfortable interacting with homeowners
Nice To Haves
- Lead Safe Certification
- Experience with service/repair work (not just installs)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair window & door issues (hardware, seals, alignment, etc.)
- Complete service work + full installs (replacement windows, entry doors, sliders)
- Work directly with homeowners (clear, professional communication)
- Load materials/tools and manage your jobs day-to-day
- Document work + job details (photos, notes, materials)
- Keep jobs clean and organized
- Collect payments and close out jobs when needed
