About The Position

We're hiring a hands-on Window & Door Technician who can handle repairs, service calls, and installs - not just one or the other. This is a field-based role with consistent job flow, strong support, and real growth as we continue to scale. Requirements

2+ years experience in window/door install or exterior service work
Comfortable with tools, ladders, and working outdoors year-round
Able to lift 50+ lbs consistently
Strong attention to detail - clean, quality installs matter here
Valid driver's license + reliable transportation
Comfortable interacting with homeowners

Nice To Haves

Lead Safe Certification
Experience with service/repair work (not just installs)

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair window & door issues (hardware, seals, alignment, etc.)
Complete service work + full installs (replacement windows, entry doors, sliders)
Work directly with homeowners (clear, professional communication)
Load materials/tools and manage your jobs day-to-day
Document work + job details (photos, notes, materials)
Keep jobs clean and organized
Collect payments and close out jobs when needed
