The Window Cleaning Crew Leader meets with the team each morning to review the day’s plan, then drives a company-provided Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses, typically with another team member, to perform services based on customer needs. The crew leader contacts upcoming customers while traveling to let them know the team is on the way, meets with customers before work begins when they are present to confirm expectations, and may recommend additional services when appropriate. After the work, the crew leader inspects the job, reviews it with the customer when possible, and processes payment using mobile payment technology. The day ends at the Shine office with a recap and by ensuring the vehicle is clean and ready for the next day. Shine provides paid training, equipment, uniforms, and vehicles. The role offers an hourly starting range of $19–$27, with potential commissions and bonuses. Candidates should enjoy working with people, be interested in a leadership role, and be comfortable working outdoors and at heights. Prior experience is not required; training is provided.
