Window Cleaning Crew Leader

Shine of Tysons, VA•Lorton, VA
•$19 - $27•Onsite

About The Position

The Window Cleaning Crew Leader meets with the team each morning to review the day’s plan, then drives a company-provided Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses, typically with another team member, to provide services tailored to each customer’s needs. The leader contacts upcoming customers to let them know the crew is on the way and speaks with customers before work begins, when they are home, to confirm expectations. After inspecting the job, the leader may suggest other services that could be appropriate. When work is complete, the leader conducts a post-job inspection, reviews the work with the customer when available, processes payment using mobile payment technology, and returns to the Shine office to recap the day and prepare the vehicle for the next workday. Shine provides paid training, equipment, vehicles, and branded shirts and sweatshirts. The company describes its culture as team-focused and guided by five core values. Prior window-cleaning experience is not required; the company will train candidates.
