About The Position

This entry-level position requires no prior experience. Window Cleaning Technicians meet with the team to review the day's plan, travel in a company-provided Shine vehicle—typically with another team member—to customers' homes or businesses, and perform services based on each customer's needs. Technicians may check in with customers to ensure expectations are being met and return to the Shine office at the end of the day to recap. Paid training, equipment, and vehicles are provided.

Requirements

• Must like working with people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Must be able to work outside.

Responsibilities
