About The Position

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking a hardworking, self-motivated, and experienced Window and Door Service Technician for a full-time, year-round opportunity in Savannah, Georgia. The technician provides service for window and door performance and warranty issues, troubleshooting problems on-site, replacing defective parts, and assisting customers. The role focuses on diagnosing issues such as water infiltration, bowed panels, and interlock problems while ensuring customer satisfaction. The position offers a starting hourly rate of $23–$25. Requirements

3–5 years of experience installing windows and doors.
Knowledge of custom window and door installation.
Thorough experience using a metal brake and caulking.
Familiarity with and ability to perform minor trim work around windows and patio doors, both inside and outside.
Customer service experience, with job troubleshooting as a key component.
Good computer skills.
A valid driver's license.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build quick rapport.
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and climb a ladder unassisted.
