About The Position

We are seeking a Winding Operator in Reidsville, NC! This role operates Winding machines and textile machinery. The operator will conduct quality checks to ensure the yarn is on the correct path and that there are no faults on the machines. This position supports shift and department goals and objectives, and participates in and supports safety processes and initiatives.

Requirements

Ability to read
Ability to stand, walk, reach and bend frequently
Hand and finger dexterity
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. (occasionally)
Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
Ability to work independently.
Understanding of production procedures within a manufacturing setting.
Strong attention to detail and safety standards.

Nice To Haves

Previous textile operator experience is a plus, but is not required (training is provided)
2 years previous textile machine operating experience is preferred, but not required (training is provided).
