About The Position
We are seeking a Winding Operator in Reidsville, NC! Operates Winding machines, textile operator. Conducts quality checks to ensure the yarn is on the correct path and there are no faults on the machines. Supports shift and department goals and objectives. Participates in and supports safety processes and initiatives.
Requirements
- Ability to read
- Ability to stand, walk, reach and bend frequently
- Hand and finger dexterity
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. (occasionally)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Understanding of production procedures within a manufacturing setting.
- Must have strong attention to detail and safety standards.
Nice To Haves
- Previous textile operator experience is a plus, but is not required (training is provided)
- 2 years previous textile machine operating experience is preferred, but not required (training is provided).
