About The Position

The Windchill PLM Developer will design, develop, and implement custom solutions and enhancements for JJ’s Windchill PLM platform. The role involves collaborating with Agile teams, solving technical challenges, supporting process improvements, and ensuring timely delivery of Program Increment objectives within a SAFe Agile framework. The ideal candidate should have strong Windchill PLM development experience along with Core Java expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions and enhancements for JJ’s Windchill PLM based on user requirements and technical designs
• Help squad members in solving technical challenges and provide guidance on implementation of effective solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including: Sprint planning, Daily stand-ups, Retrospectives
• Adhere to the SAFe Agile framework to ensure timely delivery of Program Increment (PI) objectives
• Stay updated with Windchill PLM enhancements and best practices
• Provide recommendations for process improvements
• Assist in training team members on new features and functionalities within the Windchill PLM system
• Collaborate with the team during: Story refinement, Technical design discussions, Effort estimation
• Ensure well-defined tasks and timelines.
