About The Position

Responsible for defining the technological direction of the organization while aligning it to the overall business strategy. The focus is on technology advancement balanced with systems that are scalable, sustainable, and secure, adopting industry best practices while aligning to organizational needs. Understands business objectives and translates them into strategy and execution of specific systems and processes for solutions. Proposes, develops concepts, designs, and advises on implementations of total systems.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree with seven (7) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Strong Expertise in technology system or platform (eCommerce, Digital Manufacturing, Security, ERP, Integration, Automation, Emerging Technologies, Cloud, Digital Engineering)
• Focuses on specific technology or set of technologies.

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field

Responsibilities

• Leads, through influence, a technical team in developing solutions to complex business problems with a single technology.
• Possesses strong technical and financial modeling architect within the organization.
• Makes decisions on operating procedures, analytical approaches, and work-flow.
• Provides technical leadership for development and Systems Analysis teams.
• Defines best practices standards and ensures adherence to them.
• Hands-on approach to designing and implementing technical solutions.
• Optimizes the technical application to business process and expands to drive adoption.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Regular attendance is required.
