We are looking for a freelance Greek-speaking Win-back Sales Specialist to join our team and help re-engage our former clients across the Greek market. In this role, you will act as a dedicated Account Manager focused exclusively on re-engaging and returning our former clients (Ex-clients). By providing consistent follow-ups and excellent account care, you will help us achieve our goal of bringing back valuable business to the company.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in sales
• Fluent Greek (to communicate with clients)
• English proficiency level: Intermediate and higher (spoken and written to communicate with the team)
• CRM experience
• Strong communication skills
• Computer literacy (G Suite, AI tools, etc)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in HR-tech, job boards, or related fields is a big plus

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the Ex-Client database for the Greek market
• Reach clients using phone calls & email, and Viber/What'sUp communication
• Conduct regular, systematic follow-up calls, ensuring every ex-client is contacted at least once a quarter
• Work with CRM (Salesforce): log all interactions in the system, search for new leads in the old database, analyze the sales funnel
• Work towards a target KPI of the number of returned clients and the total revenue of the returned clients
• Customer research & feedback: identify client needs & blockers, share insights with the product team, achieve individual sales targets
