This position focuses on monitoring and supporting WIC vendor and grantee operations to ensure program compliance and quality service delivery. Requirements

• One year of professional experience in administering the operations of a health, human, or social services program; and a bachelors degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Meet the PA residency requirement.
• Be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor and grantee performance to verify compliance with regulations and program policies
• Evaluate and track corrective action plans to make sure findings are addressed within required timelines
• Provide vendor training and assist with certification of point of sale devices
• Conduct compliance buys, review reports, and document investigations to identify and address potential fraud
• Assess vendor applications and ownership changes, as well as recommend authorization or denial based on findings
• Draft alerts and updates to ensure vendors receive timely information about program requirements
