About The Position
As a Parts Manager, you will lead the daily operations of our Parts Department by overseeing inventory accuracy, wholesale and retail parts distribution, team performance, and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for managing staff, coordinating deliveries and logistics, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and fostering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates effectively across departments, and is committed to driving continuous improvement while supporting a safe, organized, and customer-focused operation.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
