About The Position
Platinum Ford North is seeking a dedicated Parts Wholesale/Warehouse Associate to manage our parts warehouse and oversee wholesale operations. This role is vital to ensuring that our inventory is organized, accurate, and efficiently distributed to meet the needs of our customers and business partners. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and have strong organizational skills to maintain a smooth workflow within our parts department.
Requirements
- No previous experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy parts as needed.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the parts warehouse inventory, including receiving, organizing, and stocking parts.
- Process wholesale orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Assist customers with parts inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and update records to reflect stock levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to replenish stock as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the warehouse area.
- Support other team members with inventory and parts distribution tasks as required.
