Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Availability to work Monday–Saturday schedule
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Basic computer skills (dealership or CDK experience is a plus)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Automotive knowledge or hands-on experience (auto parts store, dealership, or shop experience preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Assist retail customers, service technicians, and wholesale accounts with parts inquiries and orders
  • Identify parts, pricing, and availability using dealership systems
  • Answer phone calls and respond to online inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Accurately bill parts to Repair Orders (ROs)
  • Support inventory tasks including stocking, returns, and organization
  • Process warranty parts and core returns
  • Collaborate with service, sales, and accounting teams
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly parts counter
