Truist Securities is the full-service corporate and investment banking arm of Truist Financial Corporation. This Analyst Program begins with up to seven weeks of classroom instruction covering capital markets, products and services, accounting, corporate finance, systems, and financial modeling. Following classroom training, Analysts join a business group to support senior investment banking professionals. Specifically, this role is within the Wholesale Credit Delivery - Working Capital Solutions (Structured Credit) team, which supports the Working Capital Solutions and Asset Securitization groups. The team underwrites credit products for new and existing clients and manages the existing portfolio, focusing on Accounts Receivable Securitization, Receivable Purchase Programs, Supply Chain Finance Programs, and Warehouse Facilities. The group underwrites various transaction types, executes amendments and refinancings, and manages portfolio risks through reviews, risk ratings, and compliance with guidelines. Analysts are also responsible for identifying emerging credit problems and industry trends to initiate risk mitigation actions. The position is typically a two-year role, with a potential for an additional year. This requisition is open to 2026 Truist Interns only.
