About The Position

This position is responsible for managing various office and billing tasks within a wholesale environment. The role involves handling incoming calls and correspondence, maintaining filing systems, ordering office supplies, and processing invoices and customer payments. The specialist will also manage customer accounts, assist with accounts payable, and process monthly statements. Additional duties may be assigned by the store manager.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience as administrative assistant or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Work, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, time management and task prioritization
  • Dependable - Employee must be reliable, responsible and trustworthy, and complete all assigned obligations.
  • Attention to Detail - Employee must be thorough in completing tasks and must always be aware of potential safety issues.
  • Cooperation - Employee must be pleasant with others on the job and display a good-natured, cooperative attitude.
  • Integrity - Employee is required to be honest and ethical.
  • Communication - Employee must provide courteous and clear written and verbal communication with customers and co-workers.

Nice To Haves

  • AS400 experience preferred
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
