About The Position

Responsible for processing billing for vehicles sold and to post sales. This role involves processing bills for vehicle sales, handling wholesale title work, posting vehicle sales to the general ledger, verifying cash receipts for vehicle sales, and confirming gross profit with sales managers. The position also requires maintaining Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) at or above company standards, keeping a clean and safe work area, participating in required training, accurately recording work hours, and adhering to Safeguards rules and regulations. The employee must demonstrate the company's Core Values, comply with policies and procedures, and observe all safety rules.

Requirements

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous Accounting experience in a high volume environment desired.
Strong organizational skills required.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
Ability to learn the Dealership Management System, Spreadsheet software, accounting software, and inventory software.
Ability to understand and follow instructions.
Ability to communicate effectively with company personnel.
Regular and predictable attendance.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commission, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
