About The Position

Bandit Running is seeking a Wholesale Account Manager to support its rapidly growing global wholesale channel. This role will be crucial in expanding the company's retail footprint both domestically and internationally while providing top-tier support to retail partners. The ideal candidate is a relationship-focused individual who excels in a fast-paced environment, understands premium brand representation, and is eager to scale Bandit's presence within the global running community. The position reports to the Head of Global Distribution & Sales Strategy and collaborates with operations and finance teams.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in sales or wholesale, ideally within apparel, performance, or premium lifestyle brands
  • A thoughtful operator who understands how a premium brand should show up in retail environments
  • A clear and proactive communicator who can manage timelines and expectations with external partners and internal teams
  • Detail-oriented and execution-focused, helping ensure smooth seasonal launches and ongoing partner support as well as marketing activation support
  • Highly detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to translate data into action using Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools
  • A process-driven mindset, focused on improving systems, accuracy, and long-term scalability
  • The ability to think strategically while executing quickly in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator who drives accountability across teams and partners

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication with wholesale partners, providing clear timelines, collection updates, product details, and invoicing support.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each account’s needs and deliver a best-in-class partner experience through consistent communication and fast response times.
  • Help streamline the wholesale ordering, shipping, and invoicing process to ensure operational excellence.
  • Support the onboarding of new retail partners and identify opportunities to strengthen existing relationships.
  • Develop a strong understanding of each account’s product preferences, merchandising needs, and marketing opportunities.
  • Work closely with operations, finance, and internal teams to ensure accurate order management, smooth seasonal launches, and clear communication across partners.
  • Serve as a key owner of the wholesale P&L, responsible for cost analysis, AR ownership, and maintaining a deep understanding of the financial and operational health of the channel to ensure sustainable, profitable growth.
