About The Position

PepsiCo is undergoing a significant transformation in Workforce Management (WFM) to enhance the time, pay, and scheduling experience for its frontline teams. This globally impactful program aims to ensure the adoption of current technology, harmonize policies and practices, and deploy enhanced functionalities to support broader organizational transformation goals. This role is crucial for executing the WFM People Solutions team’s strategy, focusing on maintaining application quality and overall performance related to changes and enhancements within the UKG Pro WFM platform. The incumbent will be responsible for developing plans, implementing testing best practices, and providing functional subject matter expertise to business stakeholders, vendors, and internal WFM and Enterprise Testing Services teams. A key aspect of this role involves close collaboration with WFM People Solutions Global Solutions, Delivery, and Operations teams to analyze and provide functional support, validating WFM capabilities across all modules of the UKG Pro WFM platform prior to deployment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years in a large multi-national organization, preferably in CPG industry with large frontline hourly and/or commissioned population
  • 1-2 years Prior experience implementing Kronos/UKG Workforce Management (WFM) solutions including pay rules, accruals, function and display access, web/mobile navigators, attestation, data views and reporting. (UKG Pro WFM preferred)
  • 1-2 years experience using Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • 1-2 years experience using ServiceNow
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with system implementations and deployment from an end-user experience and translating technical knowledge to functional teams
  • Experience administering and troubleshooting InTouch 9000/9100 or DX devices (configuration, firmware upgrades, recalibration, initialization, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze data and systems concerns by applying analytical skills and efficiently communicate findings and design solutions using Excel, Word, PowerPoint or other tools.
  • Prior knowledge or experience with HRIS and Payroll systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customized testing strategies and plans for sector-specific projects, change requests, and incidents, aligning with the overall WFM People Solutions testing strategy for unit, time compare, and business user acceptance testing for the UKG Pro platform.
  • Develop a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) catalogue and standardized test cases to serve as templates for the business, and review prepared test cases with the business to ensure comprehensive scope capture.
  • Execute functional walk-through simulations of new functionality in UKG Pro WFM for various stakeholders, acting as a liaison between technical and functional teams in preparation for each test phase.
  • Set up Azure DevOps (ADO) in preparation for test phases for various stakeholders.
  • Customize and execute planned handoffs for Systems Integration Testing (SIT), and review Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs) and SIT test cases with the Enterprise Testing Services (ETS) team based on the scope of requirements.
  • Monitor testing phases to ensure adherence to project plans and incident/change request SLAs, developing mitigation plans as needed.
  • Prepare status reports, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and monitoring methods to assess overall execution levels within testing timeframes for project releases and provide general oversight for change requests and incident validation.
  • Monitor and report on UKG Pro WFM overall application performance, vulnerability, and penetration testing.
  • Develop and execute test plans for device testing, including hardware (after firmware updates) and mobile (after releases) with the business as needed.
