About The Position

We’re looking for a dependable Wet Painter to join our Finishing Department and help ensure our products meet high-quality appearance and durability standards. This role is ideal for someone who works efficiently, follows safety protocols, and enjoys hands-on work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Your attention to detail and consistency will directly impact the final appearance and quality of our products. This position is not limited to the duties listed above. Additional responsibilities may be assigned to support production and finishing operations.

Responsibilities

• Apply paint, coatings, and finishes to various surfaces and materials
• Ensure a uniform finish free of runs, debris, or imperfections
• Read and complete travelers accurately
• Mix paints and handle thinners according to specifications
• Operate forklifts as needed
• Maintain proper paperwork and accurate part counts
• Use and maintain required safety equipment for wet painting operations
• Perform routine maintenance on painting equipment
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards
