About The Position
This position is responsible for performing all operations and overall housekeeping needs within the Paint Shop.
Requirements
- Must pass any drug screens, background checks and any pre-employments tests as applicable.
- High school diploma
- One year of painting experience
- Experience with a forklift
Nice To Haves
- Two years of painting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Forklift certification required
Responsibilities
- Perform labor operations such as loading/unloading of the paint line using the manipulators or forklifts
- Operate hand tools to demask product
- Properly prep, mask and wet paint machines and parts.
- Apply Continuous Improvement Tools and Techniques to improve inspection methods
- Apply Problem Solving Tools and Techniques in an effort to assist Manufacturing in the elimination of defects
