Requirements

Experience with industrial wet paint and/or powder coating required.
Ability to use spray guns and coating equipment safely.
Strong attention to detail and finish quality.
Ability to lift parts, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable transportation and strong attendance required.

Nice To Haves

Experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing preferred.
English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare metal parts for painting or coating by cleaning, sanding, masking, and staging materials.
Apply wet paint and powder coating using spray equipment.
Ensure proper coverage, finish consistency, and coating quality.
Inspect painted parts for defects, touch-ups, and final appearance.
Operate and maintain paint guns, powder equipment, and related tools.
Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized paint area.
Follow all safety procedures and required PPE standards.
Support production goals and deadlines.
