About The Position

Join the Digital Career Institute & Social Impact School. Work directly with the founders and help build an educational brand. This is where you come in: As a working student Founders Associate, you will work directly with the founders and gain insights that are not available in any corporate internship - from strategy to implementation, often on the same day.

Requirements

• You are a registered student (e.g., Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Communication, Social/Educational Sciences – the field of study is less important to us than your drive).
• You work in a structured and independent manner: You don't wait for instructions, but finish things and ask for help when you're stuck.
• You write well and enjoy writing in German (at least C1) – for texts, presentations, and emails.
• You are digitally savvy: You can quickly get along with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, or similar, and you naturally use AI tools (or want to learn).
• Plus, not a must: First experience in a startup, in marketing, or with CRM systems – or basic technical understanding (website maintenance, automations).

Responsibilities

• Founder Support: You will research markets, competitors, and funding opportunities, build presentations and decision papers, and drive your own small projects independently.
• Processes & Ops: You will help build and improve our internal processes - from the application process to course organization.
• Marketing & Content: You will support with social media, newsletters, and website texts and contribute your own ideas on how to reach our target groups.
• Data & CRM: You will keep our data clean (leads, interested parties, partners) and build simple analyses and reports that help us make better decisions.
• The mix will adapt to what is currently important, what you are good at, and what you want to learn.
