About The Position

Restore Hyper Wellness is hiring a Wellness Sales Representative to welcome clients and support their wellness experience at its Garden City Center (Cranston) and East Greenwich studio locations. The role combines client service, appointment management, wellness consultations, sales, and delivery of selected wellness services. Candidates must be able to work at least three Saturday shifts per month, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; weekend availability is non-negotiable. Part-time and full-time positions are available.

Requirements

• Availability to work at least three Saturday shifts per month, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Weekend availability.
• At least one year of customer service experience in retail or a service setting.
• Outgoing, friendly personality and a genuine interest in health and wellness.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.

Nice To Haves

• Sales experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check in, and onboard clients, including handling waivers, profiles, and point-of-sale transactions.
• Answer phones, texts, voicemails, and emails.
• Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
• Administer cryotherapy, red light therapy, infrared sauna, and compression services.
• Provide personalized wellness consultations and sell packages and memberships.
• Educate clients about Restore services.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including laundry, mopping, cleaning showers, toilets, and saunas, taking trash to the dumpster, and confirming appointments.
• Help with store events, lead follow-up, community outreach, and social media.
