Wellness Sales Representative
About The Position
Restore Hyper Wellness is hiring a Wellness Sales Representative to welcome clients and support their wellness experience at its Garden City Center (Cranston) and East Greenwich studio locations. The role combines client service, sales, wellness consultations, administration of wellness services, and studio upkeep. Saturday shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM are required, with availability for at least three Saturdays per month; weekend availability is non-negotiable. The employer is seeking part-time and full-time candidates. The representative greets, checks in, and onboards clients; manages communications and appointments; explains services and recommends packages and memberships; and administers specified therapies. The role also includes opening and closing duties, helping with events and community outreach, following up with leads, and supporting social media. Restore describes its mission as expanding the limits of personal health and performance through personalized, science-backed therapies that help people do more of what they love.
Requirements
- Availability to work Saturdays and weekends, including at least three Saturday shifts per month from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in retail or a service setting.
- Outgoing, friendly personality and a genuine interest in health and wellness.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfort with technology and ability to learn new platforms quickly.

- Sales experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet, check in, and onboard clients, including handling waivers, profiles, and point-of-sale transactions.
- Answer phones, texts, voicemails, and emails.
- Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
- Administer cryotherapy, red light therapy, infrared sauna, and compression services.
- Provide personalized wellness consultations and sell packages and memberships.
- Educate clients about Restore services.
- Complete opening and closing duties, including laundry, mopping, cleaning showers, toilets, and the sauna, taking trash to the dumpster, and confirming appointments.
- Assist with store events, lead follow-up, community outreach, and social media.
