Wellness Nurse - LPN or LVN
About The Position
Brookdale is hiring a Wellness Nurse (LPN or LVN) to support residents’ physical, social, and psychological well-being. The nurse monitors resident care in accordance with physician-prescribed treatment plans, documents responses to care, administers medications, and maintains the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room while following company systems, procedures, and processes. An LPN or LVN license is required according to state regulations.
