About The Position
Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Wellness Home Services Lifestyle Specialist to deliver compassionate, high-quality lifestyle services while prioritizing residents’ safety, comfort, and dignity. The specialist monitors residents’ physical and emotional well-being and promptly reports changes to the appropriate supervisor. This role does not perform hands-on services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- If responsible for transporting a resident, maintain a valid state driver’s license and provide proof of current automobile liability insurance.
Nice To Haves
- At least three months of customer service experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality lifestyle services while prioritizing resident safety, comfort, and dignity.
- Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being.
- Promptly report changes in residents’ well-being to the appropriate supervisor.
