About The Position
The Wellness & Fitness Center (WFC) Manager manages the center’s daily operations and enhances profitability by organizing and delivering an appropriate range of wellness activities and programs. The manager maintains a high standard of customer service and ensures that all health and safety regulations are met.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Three years of fitness center, recreation, hospitality, wellness, or comparable operations experience.
- Two years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
Nice To Haves
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Health Management, or Business Management.
- Experience in a community-based healthcare, wellness, or fitness environment.
- Sales experience.
