About The Position

The Wellness Coordinator is the heartbeat of the clinic, often being the first smile a patient sees. This role is responsible for creating an exceptional patient experience from the moment they walk in, understanding their options, and contributing to the clinic's growth. It's more than a typical front desk job, focusing on patient engagement, education, and relationship building within a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet every patient with warmth, energy, and genuine care
• Help new patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and confident in choosing our clinic
• Educate patients on wellness plans, packages, and membership options
• Confidently communicate the value of ongoing chiropractic care
• Support clinic goals for new patients, memberships, retention, and growth
• Check patients in, process payments, answer phones, and maintain accurate patient information
• Build relationships with patients and help keep them engaged in their care
• Partner closely with doctors to create a seamless patient experience
• Ask for referrals and help more people in the community discover chiropractic
• Keep the clinic clean, organized, professional, and ready for patients
• Participate in community outreach and local marketing efforts
• Assist teammates and take ownership when something needs to get done
