Esplanade at Wiregrass Ranch, located in Wesley Chapel, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Wellness Concierge! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior customer service, hospitality, or wellness facility experience a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Physically able to lift, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying guest or facility needs.

Responsibilities

Greet and orient members and guests upon arrival to the pool area with a warm and professional demeanor.
Check member IDs and ensure the accurate number of guests (if applicable).
Enforce pool rules and regulations as posted, including but not limited to: no chair saving, dress code adherence, no glass or alcohol in the pool, and use of swim diapers for infants.
Ensure the pool deck is clean and orderly at the beginning of each shift: Align lounge chairs neatly, open umbrellas and inspect for safety/condition, restock towels, restock bathroom items (as needed), empty trash cans (as needed).
Assist members with relocating umbrellas or lounge chairs as needed.
Help F&B team clear used dishes and cups to maintain a tidy environment.
Report maintenance, safety, or guest concerns promptly to Maintenance Technician and the Resort Manager promptly.
Promote a positive and respectful atmosphere among all guests and team members.
Oversee daily laundering of towels used in the pool, spa, and gym areas.
Ensure fresh towels are stocked throughout the day in designated areas.
Monitor and manage towel inventory, reporting shortages or supply needs.
Wipe down and sanitize tables, lounge furniture, and high-touch surfaces regularly.
Straighten and reposition pool, gym, and spa furniture to ensure an orderly presentation.
Empty trash and recycling receptacles as needed and ensure cleanliness of common areas.
Assist in setup and breakdown of community activities or events as directed.
