About The Position

AVANT by Altea is seeking an Onboarding Concierge to ensure that every member’s journey begins with precision, clarity, and a plan designed exclusively for them. As the Onboarding Concierge, you are the architect of each member’s experience. Your expertise in training, recovery, and wellness enables you to curate individualized solutions tailored to each member’s ambitions. You set the gold standard in hospitality, service, and execution, ensuring seamless integration into the AVANT ecosystem. AVANT is a members-only club for those who demand more and refuse to settle. Requirements

  • A proven track record in high-performance sales, hospitality, or luxury service industries.
  • Experience in fitness, wellness, or recovery solutions, with a strong understanding of personalized programming.
  • An obsession with elite service, ensuring every member receives a white-glove experience.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with experience working in a data-driven environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy, high-expectation culture.
  • Criminal Background Check Requirement – All team members must provide a recent Criminal Background Check prior to commencement of training and/or work.
  • CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

  • Own the Member Onboarding Experience - Lead a high-touch, white-glove onboarding process that sets the tone for an exceptional member journey. Conduct strategic calls, consultations, and follow-ups to maximize sign-ups and Personal Training sales. Act as the primary touchpoint, ensuring a seamless transition from application to active engagement.
  • Service Prescription & Product Expertise - Guide members through customized training, recovery, and wellness solutions tailored to their goals. Serve as the expert in AVANT’s elite offerings, ensuring members receive the highest level of personalization.
  • Lead by Example with Unreasonable Hospitality - Set the gold standard in professionalism and service, ensuring every member feels valued and supported. Foster a sense of belonging and commitment from day one, delivering an unparalleled concierge-level experience.
  • Collaborate & Communicate Across the Team - Act as the quarterback of the member journey, ensuring seamless transitions to the appropriate specialists. Partner with trainers, recovery experts, and wellness professionals to execute individualized plans.
  • Lead by Doing - Oversee a team of Onboarding Specialists, ensuring execution at the highest company standards. Train, mentor, and hold team members accountable for delivering a flawless onboarding experience.
