Requirements
- Must meet age requirements by state as determined by the Department of Health or State Regulatory Commission.
- At least one (1) year of customer service, retail, or related experience preferred.
- Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- A complete background investigation will be conducted based on the rules of the specific State in which the employee is hired.

- Cannabis experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer services to patients.
- Assist patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations, including product selection, effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.
- Educate customers on the benefits of products.
- Receive new inventory shipments.
- Log sales data into POS and tracking systems.
