Requirements

• Must meet age requirements by state as determined by the Department of Health or State Regulatory Commission.
• At least one (1) year of customer service, retail, or related experience preferred.
• Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Stand constantly.
• Walk frequently.
• Reach and twist/turn with hands and arms.
• Climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.
• A complete background investigation will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer services to patients.
• Assist patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations, including product selection, effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.
• Educate customers on product benefits.
• Receive new inventory shipments.
• Log sales data into POS and tracking systems.
• Maintain situational awareness and EQ while working within a diverse team.
