Our highly trained cannabis associates provide personalized, one-on-one consultations to help customers find the products that best meet their needs. This Part Time Wellness Associate position will provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer services to our patients. Wellness Associates assist patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations through product selection, understanding effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration. This role requires working tactically to service patients with care and efficiency, which may include educating customers on product benefits, receiving inventory shipments, and logging sales data into POS and tracking systems. Strong situational awareness and EQ are critical for working within a diverse team.

Requirements

  • Must meet age requirements by state as determined by the Department of Health or State Regulatory Commission.
  • At least one (1) year of customer service, retail, or related experience preferred.
  • Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Stand constantly.
  • Walk frequently.
  • Reach and twist/turn with hands and arms.
  • Climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.
  • A complete background investigation will be conducted based on the rules of the specific State in which the employee is hired.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
