About The Position

Lifetime Wellness is seeking a compassionate, creative, full-time Wellness Assistant to provide engagement for residents in Memory Care at a skilled nursing facility. The role assists with leading programs that support residents’ physical, social, emotional, intellectual, vocational, and spiritual well-being. The Wellness Assistant works closely with residents, families, community partners, and team members to create a vibrant and purposeful environment.

Requirements

• Compassionate, dependable, energetic, and team-oriented.
• Ability to lead creative, meaningful, and resident-centered programs.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, assisted living, memory care, or healthcare life enrichment programming.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging group and individual activities that promote residents’ quality of life, social connection, independence, and personal fulfillment.
• Complete activity participation documentation records as required.
• Support resident engagement through creative programming, special events, wellness campaigns, and community involvement.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, volunteers, and team members.
• Promote a positive, encouraging, and inclusive environment for all residents.
