About The Position

The Wellbeing Concierge supports the spa’s daily operations by preparing appointment schedules, coordinating with therapists and staff, and answering questions about services and products. The role creates a welcoming guest experience through knowledgeable recommendations, attentive service, accurate bookings, and responsive handling of guest feedback and correspondence. The concierge also helps maintain spa facilities, coordinate guest itineraries and services across hotel departments, and maximize treatment and program revenue through effective scheduling and yield management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of spa treatments and daily wellness experiences.
• Recommend services and enhancements through suggestive selling.
• Facilitate bookings and reservations, and ensure accurate sales reconciliation and cash-out procedures.
• Greet guests warmly and use their names multiple times during each visit.
• Address guest feedback in real time and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate concerns to spa leadership in a timely manner.
• Maintain spotless spa areas through hourly facility walkthroughs.
• Coordinate with the Itinerary Design team to keep guest experiences accurate and up to date.
• Respond to phone calls and email correspondence in a timely manner.
• Communicate with relevant departments to support a seamless guest stay.
• Maximize treatment and program revenue through effective scheduling and yield management.
• Know the experiences offered at The Knox and confidently discuss other hotel departments.
• Participate in designated programs, daily rallies, and training.
