About The Position

The Welder position is responsible for welding components in flat, vertical and overhead positions. They have day shift available.

Requirements

• Must have previous experience working with mild steel and stainless steel.
• Must have solid working knowledge of current welding materials and procedures.
• Attention to detail and initiative to be self-motivated and directed.
• Ability to manage time and work independently or with other team members.
• Able to read and interrupt multipage blueprints.
• At least 2 years of continual welding experience.

Nice To Haves

• Welding Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welding components in flat, vertical and overhead positions.
• Weld separately or in combination of, using stainless steel, cast iron and other alloys.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel and sit for extended periods of time.
• Climb ladders to reach ceilings and other high objects.
• Push, pull, lift, or move 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Working in adverse weather conditions.
