• Ability to setup MIG and TIG welders to optimal settings ensuring proper weld penetration
• Working knowledge of carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum TIG welding
• General knowledge of maintaining weld equipment
• World-class attention to detail
• Practical intelligence, curiosity and an aptitude for learning
• Drive to get better every day

• Apply best weld procedures.
