About The Position

The Welder & Repair role supports production tooling operations at Pratt & Whitney. The work includes preparing and inventorying tooling parts, constructing production tooling under supervision, building rakes, inspecting tooling, and repairing tools by welding. The position also involves grit tooling, blueprint and inspection expertise, inventory control, quality excellence, and mechanical work. Employees must be able to perform other duties as necessary and meet the physical demands of lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, climbing, twisting, and using their hands.

This is an onsite role, working primarily at the assigned site. The listed pay is $29.50 per hour. Applicants must meet the U.S. Person requirement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, squat, climb, twist, and use hands.
• Must meet the U.S. Person requirement.
