Requirements
- 2–4 years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or GED
- AWS D1.1 welding certificate
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a team-first attitude
Nice To Haves
- Technical school certification
Responsibilities
- Operate MIG (and occasional TIG) equipment to create strong, high-quality components.
- Read and interpret blueprints and tape measures with precision (down to 1/32”) to assemble structural parts that fit right the first time.
- Stitch sheet metal and weld water-tight tanks that meet exacting standards.
- Position weld-ons and beam pads accurately.
- Use a variety of shop tools—including grinders, drills, shears, and plasma cutters—to bring designs to life.
- Perform quality checks and deliver work you’re proud to put your name on.
