About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Welder to perform structural welding and fabrication work in accordance with applicable specifications, drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on welding skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The position performs structural welding using processes including SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding), MIG (Gas Metal Arc Welding/GMAW), stick welding, and Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW). The Welder reads and follows drawings, specifications, work instructions, and welding requirements; inspects completed welds and work for quality and accuracy; and properly operates and maintains welding equipment, tools, and materials. The role also involves identifying welding or fabrication issues, following company safety policies and jobsite requirements, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area. Other related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with structural welding.
• Must be able to successfully demonstrate welding skills as part of the interview and/or weld-testing process.
• Ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Physical ability to meet position demands, which may include prolonged standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Follow safety procedures and use tools, equipment, and materials properly.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
• Five or more years of related welding experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel to jobsites or project locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural welding and related fabrication work.
