Requirements
- Able to stand for a full 10-hour shift and lift up to 100 lbs. without assistance.
- At least 1 year of MIG welding experience or a trade school is preferred

Responsibilities
- Weld & fit trailer steel frames and components while meeting quality and time standards set by your supervisor.
- Apply Standard Work, 5S, and other Lean manufacturing methods to support consistent, efficient production.
- Collaborate with the team to reduce production times and eliminate defective products.
- Uphold Belmont Quality Standards and check your work for accuracy and craftsmanship.
- Follow safety guidelines and stay alert to your processes and surroundings.
Benefits
- $22-$30/hour – depending on experience
- Consistent Overtime: Approximately 50 hours per week, with overtime pay after 40 hours
