Requirements

Fluent Bilingual in English and Spanish.
1 year of customer service-related experience.
Comfortable multi-tasking in a face paced environment.
Effective communication and ability to use multi-line telephones.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel, Outlook.
High school graduate or G.E.D.
Cash handling experience in retail or office setting.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of medical terminology.
Post high school education in office/clerical coursework.
Experience working in a telephone call center environment.
Experience working with low income, multi-ethnic populations.

Responsibilities

Efficiently check-in patients, collect demographic and billing/insurance information.
Schedule and confirm appointments with precision and accuracy.
Receive patient payments and maintain accurate records.
Answer and screen telephone calls, deliver messages promptly, and provide excellent customer service.
Handle patient complaints, address billing inquiries, and take on self-directed projects as assigned.
